Volunteering for Sweatbox can be a great opportunity to gain new skills and make new friends. It can help and support mental and physical health and wellbeing, increases confidence and gives back to your community.
Sweatbox wouldn’t be the vibrant community it is without the dedication of our incredible young volunteers. Our Sweatbox Union (ages 13+) and Squidgers (ages 11+) play a vital role in running our youth clubs and activities, and we’re always looking for passionate individuals to join the team!
Our volunteers are chosen for their commitment to supporting their peers and being positive role models. As part of the team, they help shape the future of our youth centre by:

I enjoy every part of every session, whether I’m manning the tuck shop, or being beaten at a game of Dobble!
